Service Description

Similar to individual sessions, a small group with trusted friends can be an enjoyable healing experience to share. If you have an idea for a workshop you want to explore with friends, or have needs you're all experiencing as a group, we can work together to create a class experience that will make all feel welcome and included. Group Yoga services cover sessions for up to 5 people.
